Delivery price
The delivery price is calculated for your cart and postcode before payment, and you choose between the available carriers. Nothing is added after payment.

We deliver to the 27 countries of the European Union. Each product page shows the delivery price from and the estimated delivery window for the country you select.
Customs and VAT
Orders of up to 150 EUR in goods are declared through the EU Import One-Stop Shop, so VAT is included in the price you pay and nothing is collected at the door. Larger baskets have to be split into several orders.
Payment is only taken when your order is confirmed
At checkout your card is authorised, not charged. We charge it once the warehouse confirms stock and dispatch for your exact address. If an order cannot be served, the authorisation is released and you pay nothing.
Tracking
As soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse, its tracking number appears on your order page and in your email. Delivery windows are estimates given by the carrier.
Areas not served
The Canary and Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not currently served. Some products are not available for every country; the store only shows what can be delivered to the selected country.
